You can have the comfort of set it and forget it and the email reports will give you an idea of how your site is performing, when you feel like you have enough clicks to complete your study you can then begin to optimize your site.

From the settings page, you can enable or disable the email reporting feature as well as select what day of the week for your weekly report and what day of the month for your monthly report.
